All uniform pieces are to be purchased at Donnelly's Clothing. JB Pride Uniforms was recently purchased by Donnelly's Clothing and has permanently closed its' doors. 

GIRLS 

Kindergarten - Grade 4 
Plaid jumper (No more than 2" above knee)
White round blouse (Peter Pan collar) either short or long sleeve
Navy blue knee socks or navy tights
Navy Crew neck cardigan sweater

Short sleeve solid wine Polo shirt, Holy Name insignia only

Girl Shoes: Black/Navy or brown shoes or tan, brown or navy Sperry shoes (not canvas) may be worn. No clogs, sling-back, or any shoe with a heel higher than one inch is allowed. This is for safety reasons. This also applies to casual days. Sneakers may only be worn with gym uniform or on casual days.

Boys Shoes: Black, navy or brown shoes or tan, brown or navy Sperry shoes (not canvas) may be worn. Work boots and black sneakers are not permitted.  This also applies to casual days. Sneakers may only be worn with gym uniform or on casual days.

All Students
*Any additional outerwear, such as vests and fleece jackets purchased at JB Edward Uniforms and printed with the Holy Name insignia, may also be worn as an optional part of the uniform.
 
HOLY NAME SCHOOL GYM UNIFORMS
Holy Name sweat shirts may only be worn on gym days

• Navy sweatshirt with Holy Name insignia
• Navy sweatpants with Holy Name insignia
• Grey T-shirt with Holy Name insignia (short or long sleeve)
• Navy shorts with Holy Name insignia

NURSERY AND PreK
All students in Nursery & PreK are required to wear the official "Holy Name School" gym uniform as their everyday school uniform; sneakers must be worn.
