What is Home & School?
Home & School is made up of school parent volunteers who plan and run fundraisers in an effort to support important school initiatives while building community. Some of the past popular fundraisers include Touch-a-Truck, Holiday Marketplace and Tree Lighting and the Glow Run. H&S also does spirit wear sales.

What are dues?
In addition to our fundraising efforts, we also ask each family to pay yearly dues of $40 per family household. These dues help us kick off the year with start-up funds and are a critical part of our fundraising.

What are bundles?
Families can purchase a Bundle Package that includes: Family dues, 10 calendar raffle tickets, and 25 family volunteer hours. This option allows families the flexibility to complete more than half of their volunteer requirements at the start of the school year.

What are the funds used for?
Holy Name strives to keep tuition lower to make it more manageable for families. The school needs Home & School fundraising to pay for operating costs and improvements to the school. Due to the success of last year’s fundraising efforts, the school was able to update the library and install a new gym floor! This year we are raising money for furniture to update the Art Room and make Finn Hall (cafeteria) a more versatile space.

How do I get involved?
Any parent/caregiver can come to the meetings and help out with fundraisers in any way they can. Meetings are the second Tuesday of the month at 7:30pm. Email Jessica Petrick to be added to the email distribution list @[email protected]. Always feel free to email board members or come up to us with questions!
